1、寬帶偏(piān)振分束立方寬(kuān)帶偏(piān)振分束立方,由一對高精度直角棱鏡經(jīng)特殊膠合工藝製成(chéng)。其核心在於一側棱鏡斜麵上鍍有(yǒu)寬波段偏振分光膜,能(néng)夠高效分離S偏振光(反射)與P偏(piān)振光(透射)。為實現(xiàn)*優性能並保護膠合層,入射光應(yīng)從鍍有分光膜(mó)的棱鏡直角麵射入。該入射麵已通過頂部(bù)**性磨砂標記進行(háng)清晰標識。立方體各通光麵均鍍有寬(kuān)帶增透膜(Ravg<0.5%),確保在整個工作波段內實現低損耗傳輸。

高(gāo)功率激光(guāng)線偏振分束立(lì)方采用一對紫外熔融石英直角(jiǎo)棱(léng)鏡構成,其中一塊棱鏡的斜麵鍍有高性能電介質偏(piān)振分光膜,另一塊斜麵則經過精密拋光處理。為確(què)保激光的高效傳輸,所有(yǒu)四個直角麵均鍍有專為工作波長優化的V型增透膜,反射率低於0.25%。兩塊棱鏡通過精密光(guāng)膠(jiāo)工藝鍵合為一體,保證了組件在高功率條(tiáo)件下(xià)的穩定性和耐(nài)久性。
該偏(piān)振分束立方能夠(gòu)將(jiāng)入射激光分離為兩束正交的線偏振光,其中P偏振光高效透射,S偏振光則被高反射出(chū)。產品在設計中特別優化了光路結構,建議(yì)激光從(cóng)鍍有偏振分光膜的(de)棱鏡直角麵入射,以實現*佳的偏振分(fèn)光效果,此時消光比(Tp/Ts)可達2000:1以上,滿足高精度偏振控製需求。
